Cebu Holdings, Inc., now known as Ayala Land, Inc., stands as a prominent real estate entity in Cebu, Philippines, specializing in strategic land management, mixed-use development, and hotel projects, among other ventures. Their transformative initiatives have played a significant role in shaping Cebu into one of the most dynamic and vibrant developments in the country.
During my collaboration with Cebu Holdings, a significant aspect of my work involved the creation of their Annual and Sustainability Reports. Crafting these reports posed a unique challenge – striking a balance between providing comprehensive information for stockholders and ensuring that the content remains engaging.
The collaborative effort extended to working closely with the Corporate Communications group, from the initial briefing to the final delivery. This encompassed meticulous content planning, thoughtful page layouts, and the development of informative infographics, financial diagrams, and charts. An integral part of this process was the application of the Global Reporting Index (GRI), a vital component to uphold reporting standards. The result — an annual report that effectively conveys Cebu Holdings’ achievements and vision to its stakeholders.
